Ramesh Venkatesan, Founder and CEO of Sreesai Homecare and Nursing Services, is an entrepreneur with diverse experience across creative, corporate, and service sectors. He began his career between 1984 and 1989, developing his passion for graphic design and visual communication, and later gained extensive experience in printing, design, and post-production. His career also includes international exposure, working as a Visualizer at Awal Plastics W.L.L., Manama (Bahrain), Studio Manager at OHI International in Muscat (Oman), and with Eurostar International W.L.L. in Dubai. After returning to India, he briefly worked as an Art Instructor in Chennai before rejoining the creative industry in Bahrain as Senior Visualizer at National Images. He later moved into the corporate sector with Sutherland Global Services and Lycatel India Private Limited, a UK-based MVNO, where he worked from 2007 to 2022, progressing from Graphic Designer to Team Leader and Assistant Manager. From 2022 to 2024, he worked as Executive Producer at a VFX company in Chennai. In 2025, after roles as Resident Manager at Golden Planet Heritage Homes near Mahabalipuram and Assistant Manager at Precitek Exports Private Limited, Sriperumbudur, he transitioned fully into entrepreneurship. Today, he leads Sreesai Homecare and Nursing Services with the vision of delivering reliable and compassionate care. D’Silva Ramachandran is a disciplined and results-oriented professional with strong experience in operations management and business development. He currently serves as the Managing Partner – Operations at Sreesai Home Care and Nursing Services, where he oversees service delivery, operations planning, and organizational development. Since starting his career in 2008, he has gained experience in transportation, logistics, travel services, mineral water distribution, real estate, hospitality, and home care services. He began his entrepreneurial journey in Malaysia through AVT Global Enterprises, managing transportation and logistics operations. He also operated AVT Dynamic Trading and Services, working with several distributors and commercial networks while handling cargo distribution and supply chain coordination. In 2016, he expanded his business to Chennai, India, by establishing AVT Gabriel Enterprises, continuing his work in operations and business development. Over time, he focused on the home care and hospitality services sector, recognizing the growing need for reliable healthcare support services. His expertise includes operations management, logistics coordination, distribution management, business development, and team leadership. During his career, he has worked with reputed organizations and distributors such as PUMA, Fackelmann India Household Private Limited (Malaysia), Tri Reliance (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., and Nozomi FMCG Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia. His vision is to build a trusted service organization that delivers professional, compassionate, and reliable home care solutions.
